Generated HTML docs has broken links

Hi,

	I looked at the docs for autoconf 2.57 (which are excellent by the way) 
and I am having trouble navigating through the macro, preprocessor, and 
variable index pages because the links are broken.  The links seem to 
skip over pages 21 and 22.  Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
