greetings GNU Autoconf folks,

just a quick note to let you know Autoconf for VMS 1.100 is available.
i should probably find a VMS-specific forum to post this, but maybe
someone reading this message will beat me to it.

now i set myself on the enjoyable path of researching and then following
the developments of GNU Autoconf since 1.11, so that Autoconf for VMS
may improve over time, and *perhaps* one day rejoin its progenitor...
