Or better still, use the OFFICIAL MinGW/MSYS distributions from:
https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2435
Note that the links cited by zhang are supported only by himself; he is
in no way affiliated with the MinGW Project, although he chooses to
redistribute our software.
