Autoconf proper does not have a --disable-rpath option. However, the
havelib module of gnulib documents such an option, as provided by the
file m4/lib-link.m4. Perhaps you'd get better results by asking Bruno
Haible, the author of that file, over on the bug-gnulib mailing list.
