Certainly - actually, it seems as though very little needs
to be changed; I think these are all places (under autoconf
control) where the ': is pathsep' assumption is made
(tests/defs also does so for CDPATH, but that's currently
not autoconfed, nor is of that great importance).

It's been a while since I made these changes, so I may have
missed some recently added places where a similar change
may be required.

        of a bare colon for setting up TEXINPUTS.
        * m4/init.m4: Use $ac_path_separator instead of a
        bare colon to set CDPATH.
        * m4/missing.m4: Ditto.
