Autogen and auto_MAKE_. Yes, both, I think.

So, Autogen will release a GPLv3 COPYING when I make a release using
Automake v 1.10.1 or later. I've probably used an older one to date.

I happen to do a fresh repository pull with every build, so automake
--add-missing
will always install whatever it is supposed to install. :) Fewer
problems, even
though I do waste several seconds.
