[PATCH] Fix nobase-python.test for BSD make.

From: Ralf Wildenhues
Subject: [PATCH] Fix nobase-python.test for BSD make.
Date: Thu, 4 Sep 2008 21:54:11 +0200
User-agent: Mutt/1.5.18 (2008-05-17)

* tests/nobase-python.test: Listing a dependency to be found
via VPATH search explicitly, without the path, as a target,
will turn off VPATH search for FreeBSD make. So move the
creation of the files outside of the Makefile.

Applying this fix for a test failure on FreeBSD.

Cheers,
Ralf
