Questions like this are best handled through address@hidden; the legal
team at that alias is better equipped than the development team on this
list to deal with the ramifications.  At this point, it's probably
better to drop automake-patches from cc when tracking the progress of
coming to an agreement with the FSF on what forms a valid company
disclaimer.
