Every project considering doing this needs to ask themselves whether
they are prepared to miss out on bug reports as a result. This is a fact
of life - rejecting non subscribers will lead to less bug reports.
This may or may not be a problem depending on the situation.
But I suspect this really needs to be discussed at gnu.misc.discuss or
something not here
