name
gnome-doc-utils.make:74: (probably a GNU make extension)
help/Makefile.am:20: 'gnome-doc-utils.make' included from here
gnome-doc-utils.make:77: warning: if $(DOC_H_FILE: non-POSIX variable
name

DOC_ENTITIES =
DOC_INCLUDES =
DOC_FIGURES = images/mkbib.png

with
$ tree
.
|-- gnome-doc-utils.make
|-- help
| |-- Makefile.am
as usual. gnome-doc-utils.make was copied
from /usr/share/gnome-doc-utils
