Well, there are various options for this:
.. you manually edit the headers after hitting the group-reply button,
.. you use an MUA that supports replying to mailing lists (e. g. Mutt
does -- and Mutt's default behaviour is much like pine, so you
shouldn't have much troubles using it),
.. procmail has already been mentioned,
.. i use a mail -> news gateway that sets the reply-to address
accordingly (and adds a "followup-to: poster" so nobody would
followup into the local newsgroup).
In either case, i agree with Jason that this should not be done at the
mailing list gateway. Many other mailing lists have been discussing
this before, and virtually all agree that it's a bad idea.
