It probably will never become complete in some respects, or at least
not anytime soon. Wide character support is something i don't see any
need for right now. The full-blown math library probably neither.
Anyway, my remark was merely meant to those things that need to exist
outside the library, i. e. the counterpart of gcrt1.S.
