You must turn the JTAGEN fuse off if your application uses any of the JTAG
pins! Otherwise you'll tear your hair out debugging the problem!
There's now a large sign over our production programming station that reads:
Did you cycle the power?
Did you jiggle the cable?
Did you turn JTAGEN off?
