Hello, I tried your suggestion, but no positive result: -bash-3.00# ./reconf + aclocal-1.4 + autoconf + automake-1.4 --foreign --add-missing --copy automake: configure.in: installing `./install-sh' automake: configure.in: installing `./mkinstalldirs' automake: configure.in: installing `./missing' automake: configure.in: installing `./config.guess' -bash-3.00# ./doconf --prefix=$PREFIX configure: error: This is libc for the avr target only! What does this error message mean? (I am using an uptodate gentoo linux, old versions of autoconf/ automake should be installed.) Regards: Uwe
