[Axiom-developer] Fix for SPD, OLD_IN_PACKAGE and latex issues (cvs-2003-05-07)

Hello,

Here is my latest patch for Axiom. This patch fixes:

 1. no longer need to set SPD in Makefile.pamphlet. Use $(shell pwd)
    instead.


 2. main Makefile exports OLD_IN_PACKAGE variable

 3. fix for all bad paths in \usepackage{noweb}

This patch also contains some instrumentation to help diagnoses the
"Won't parse" issue.
