Tim,
Yes, something as simple as
)set output tex on
elt("A",1)
shows the problem. I am very interested in your
debugging notes. I took a look again at the
tex.spad.pamphlet code, but I is as clear as "mud"
to me how this thing as a whole actually generates
TeX code! (Though I can of course relate to some
parts of it. <grin> )
So, do you still think that this is a LISP problem
or something else?
