[Axiom-developer] GCL configuration

Hello,

I am using Gentoo linux and in order to pass gcl compilation I had to
change its ./configure which now look loke this :

./configure --enable-vssize=65536*2 --disable-statsysbfd
--enable-readline --enable-maxpage=128*1024 --enable-locbfd

I dont understand what excatly it's changing, will I run into trouble
later ?
