Speaking of side-effects and TeXmacs interface, could you rename the
Axiom binary AXIOMsys or whatever the name was with NAG axiom? And in
general, could you follow the same naming convention that for the NAG
version?
It would allow Bill to provide only one tm_axiom TeXmacs/Axiom that
would support both the free Axiom and NAG one.
