The noweb file is zips/noweb-2.10a.tgz. It is automatically unpacked
into place and patches are applied. If this file isn't in your zips
directory then your cvs co failed. I downloaded a clean version of
this file so it is certainly in the cvs.

One other symptom that causes an early failure is an incorrect setting
of the AXIOM variable. It should be:

AXIOM=(yourpath)/axiom/mnt/linux
