The time has come to remove the AXIOM variable.
And apply Juergen's case patch.
Unfortunately I'll be in Italy this week trying to make the case
for literate programming but I'll move these up on the todo list.
I suppose it would even be useful to publish the current todo list.
I'll put it on the todo list :-)
