Camm,
I tried to build Axiom on a debian machine and get:
creating makedefc
sed: file conftest.s1 line 61: unterminated `s' command
creating windows/gcl.iss

creating windows/sysdir.bat
sed: file conftest.s1 line 61: unterminated `s' command
creating windows/install.lsp

suggestions?
