[Axiom-developer] HyperDoc replacement

Dear all,

I believe I've got it working now, at least on linux.  Maybe some Windows users
could try the new version, too.

prerequesites: 

I use

* tex4ht  to convert tex to html
* md5sum  to make a nice url out of a signature
  
     (does md5sum myspec > md5spec work on windows, when myspec contains some
      text to be md5summed?)

* rm      to remove a file
     (does rm *.{log,4tc,4ct,lg,tmp,aux,dvi,idv,xref,css} work on windows?)

and follow the steps there.
 
I will not work on beautifying things.  Maybe, I will add support for links (a
la \spadfun and \spad) and maybe I will add support to search for Constructors.

Waldek, do you know how I get the lists of attributes, uses, users and
dependents?
