I agree that if you're looking for a solution that will be compatible
with current business operations in the US then RHEL is the preferred
distro.  Suse seems to be gaining some traction from my experience,
but RedHat is still the yard stick especially when it comes to
interoperability and compatibility.  Many products will same something
like "works with Redhat x.x, not supported on other OS's".  So even if
you get their product to work on another distro you can never get help
from them since you're not running on Redhat.
