[be] [task #7998] DC Book ID Support needed

Follow-up Comment #4, task #7998 (project bibledit):

It's a long time ago that I made these current books in Bibledit. Therefore I
would need to hunt around the code too to find where it affects the place. But
one thing I noted is that you've introduced the "Apocrypha" category, so that
category is not yet known in Bibledit,  so that would need to be integrated in
the code. But a better option would be to make these books fall under the
category "Other", then there would be little change needed. If the category
apocrypha is maintained then the dialog boxes where books are selected would
need to be expanded, if "Other" is used, there would be no such need. Then
there's the communication with BibleWorks, and the OSIS standard. Finally I
thought to lessen the harm it does to the protestant minds that there would be
an option to set which type of "Other" books to include, naming them by name.
