Update of bug #22937 (project bibledit):

                  Status: Ready For Test => Invalid
             Open/Closed:                  Closed => Open

Follow-up Comment #4:

In BE 3.1.54 not working yet:

I can move the vertical tools area bar (the one in the middle of BE) to the
right to such a degree, that the tools area is no longer visible on the
screen. Pulling BE by the program title bar to the left shows, that the tools
area is still open, but outside the screen.
Even outside the screen, it is still possible to move it further to the
right.

-> Build in a 'stop' for moving the vertical tools area bar so that
-- on the right side: it does not move the right vertical program bar out of
the screen,
-- on the left side, (this is a new request) so that it does not allow to
totally close all the areas (document and notes area) on the left side, but
let it open a little bit as it is done with the tools-area (which actually is
not totally closed, it only disappears, as it moves out of the screen).
