Details:

Allow the markers for bold: 
<span style="font-weight: bold;">xxx </span>
be recognized and displayed in the BE resources browser.
Headings (e.g. 4) <h4>xxx </h4> are displayed in bold (and also lines
inserted).

Bold is a nice solution for titles which allows to avoid lines in a resource,
which allows optimal use of screen spaceful (helpful for computers with small
screens)
