Details:

Merging changes can be changed in the following way:
- It becomes a web page, with all controls on one page.
- At the top it can select the projects.
- The a line with the differences
* Then the text. If there's no differences, it says so, and does not display
the text.
* At the bottom are the action buttons: previous, next, four merge options,
the ones relevant.
