Follow-up Comment #1:
The little arrow button that are used to change verse, chapter, or book, are
standard instances of the GtkSpinButton. If an arrow is kept pressed down, it
repeats. That would be the reason why you at times move two chapters instead
of one.
Bibledit has no influence at all on the time needed for repetition to start.
This time is set in your operating system, in the mouse preferences.
I am closing this bug since Bibledit has no influence on your mouse timing.
It is something the user can control through the operating system's mouse
preferences.
