[be] [bug #27238] can't export to Openoffice

Follow-up Comment #9, bug #27238 (project bibledit):

I continue to have exporting difficulties. It still will print to a PDF file.
I suspect the problem may lie in some extra format markers. I haven't done a
check of this file yet to discover what mistakes in formatting BE recognizes.


I inherited this USFM from World Bible Translation Center. I wonder where a
lot of [RETURN]b have come from that precede x. (I think these may also
occasionally precede f.) Anyway, I can't think why one would ever want a
Return character plus b before a cross reference. Please tell me if this may
have happened because of a bug in BE.

There seems to a bug in BE that when in formatted mode and I try to erase the
b in the case described above, it will appear that the extra line is deleted,
but the b actually still remains.
