Details:

With the new USFM editor, the notes are no longer formatted.

The programmer was too lazy to implement this after he had worked for a few
months on the new Editor.

See a few features of this:

Entering <Enter> in a notes paragraph does start a new line, but not a new
paragraph. 

When USFM is retrieved, a new line translates to the "\fp " marker.

Extra paragraph style = style_get_paragraph_note_style(project);
