Details:

The online help has a category "Menu None". This groups windows and dialogs
that are not accessible from any menu. It would be better of such windows and
dialogs were somehow accessible. For instance, there is the dialog to insert a
Bible note. It is accessed through the Stylesheet. It is not in any menu. This
would hide it from the starting user, something that is not desirable. It
would better to put this in the Insert menu, for instance.
