Follow-up Comment #11, task #9999 (project bibledit):

We should not be writing our own web applications. At this stage this is
_very_ complicated.
Instead Bibledit will remain an offline application, BUT:
* It can use external resources
* It can work with existing web applications, such as Google Docs
* In case of Google Docs, it can create documents for it that have the
desired layout.
* On the most it can provide one index.html with frames, and each frame has
its own application.
* When using frames, it can provide navigation controls, which are created
offline by bibledit.
* Frames, e.g. one window has sabdaweb, and another google docs, and so on,
and another one the online bible, and so on.
* Pootle for translation?
