Hello,

This syntax (definition of the macro delimited by curly brackets) was not covered by the present version of the bibtex parser. I added a patch to the CVS trunk and the new version of the parser to this mail (PARSEENTRIES.php, it has to be copied into the directory php/third_party). This should solve the problem.

Hello list,

I'm not quite sure whether I found a bug or importing @string is not fully implemented, that's why I post it here. We're using Biborb 1.3.3 RC1 and tried to import the following file:

@String{ICASSP = {International Conference on Acoustics, Speech, and
Signal Processing, ICASSP}}

@inproceedings{PICASSP04,
    author      = {M. P. and G. J. M. J.},
title = {Analysis and Comparison of Autocorrelation Receivers for {IR-UWB} Signals Based on Differential Detection},
    booktitle   = ICASSP,
    month       = may,
    address     = {Montreal, Canada},
    year        = {2004}
}

This leads to this error:

Error: Undefined offset: 1

Error at line 152 of file PARSEENTRIES.php

PHP 4.3.10-12 (Linux)
BibORB 1.3.3 RC1 (5 February 2005)

Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Andreas
