Subject: [PATCH] Version 2.4.1b.

* NEWS (2.4.2): Rename to...
(2.4.1b): ... this for now.  Set date.
* configure.ac (AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE): Disable gnits for now because
it does not like this version name.
