FYI: maint: formatting changes

I have been resisting to untabify in maint,
since it's done in master and it's a sure way
to get gratuitous conflicts in merges.  But this
was getting too often in my way.  So I M-x untabified
glr.c and glr.cc only.  I don't want to struggle with
the others (yet?).

I have already merged all this in master, it works
properly.
