    doxygen: upgrade Doxyfile, and complete it
    
    * doc/Doxyfile.in: Let doxygen upgrade it.
    (INCLUDE_PATH): Point to lib too.
    (PROJECT_BRIEF): New.
    (EXCLUDE): Update to reflect the current file hierarchy.
