[bug-anubis] Anubis not processing emails !!

Hi,
I have installed Anubis 3.9.93 on RH 8.0.
I have successfully done ./configure, make,
makeinstall
My /home/user1/.anubisrc is as below...

add header[X-Comment-1] "GNU's Not Unix!"
add X-Comment: GNU's Not Unix!

My /etc/anubisrc file is as below...

bind = 192.168.0.76:24
remote-mta = 192.168.0.76:25

-----------------

When I send emails from O/Express on port 24, the
emails are being accepted by anubis and successfully
being forwarded to sendmail on port 25 on the same
server. The emails are reaching the destination
recipient email also.
BUT NO PROCESSING IS HAPPENING. 
AS U CAN SEE I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO ADD 2 HEADERS AND
CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.

Request someone to pls help me on this issue. I have
almost spent the entire day on this. I am sure it will
be some very small setting which I have missed.

Finally I wish to use the digital signature
functionalty of the ANUBIS.
