Another TLS question ...

With 'ssl yes' in my main anubisrc I only get a TLS session between the
MUA and Anubis, and not from Anubis to the MTA.

If I add 'ssl-oneway yes' to the user rcfile, the connection between
Anubis and the MTA is TLS'd.

This works, but given that the MTA advertised STARTTLS, shouldn't a
TLS'd connection *to* Anbuis result in an attempted TLS connection
*from* Anubis? i.e. to default to the highest security setting
available?
