    Hi Chris,
      
      I have changed the installation so that it installs Error.def
      along with libapl.h and changed libapl.h to
      use
      it (and to define its own enum to be used by the callers of  apl_exec()
        and  apl_exec_ucs()).
          
          SVN 1402.
