Does not work out of the box as documented + dead homepage

Hello,

I wanted to test out GNU Artanis and read through the manual to try it out.

Therefore I did:
guix install artanis
art create homepage
cd homepage
art work

but art work spits out an error:

Also on https://www.gnu.org/software/artanis/ it says "The main site of GNU 
Artanis is here"
which points to "http://web-artanis.com/";, a dead website.
