This means that you don't have something necessary for that test. For
example, if you don't have a Fortran compiler you cannot test
Fortran-related macros.
The testsuite prints a banner explaining that. The testsuite doesn't use
the word "fail" when it ignores a test.
I think we did everything to prevent you from thinking that it's a
failure. However, the testsuite does not and should not conceal the fact
that it's ignoring a test.

Well, this is slightly too long. The testsuite should not print "near
`compile.at:119'". I'll fix it for the next version.
