Hi!

Autoconf has changed a lot since 2.13, and 2.13 is no longer maintained.
As a matter of fact, today we should release a snapshot which, if weverything
goes right, will be the release in two weeks.

Could you give it a try?  You should find it some time today in
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/pub/gnu/autoconf.  Will be 2.49e IIRC.
