Failing of test 47: semantics.at:129 on HP-UX 10.20

Hello!

This test does not really fail for me but it never finishes. I let it 
run for more than 12 hours and nothing happened. Then I startet my 
make check on another machine and when reaching test 47 it stuck. So
what can I do now? I'm running HP-UX 10.20 and used the default system 
C compiler.
