Please always mention the versions of the sortware you are using.

First of all, make sure that both kdevelop and Autoconf are up-to-date.

It may be a bug in kdevelop. Make sure that all arguments to macros are
quoted properly as described in the documentation for Autoconf 2.50. If
kdevelop generates incorrct configure.in report the problem to the
kdevelop team.
