Complete testsuite failure on DJGPP

Subject: Complete testsuite failure on DJGPP

128 of 156 tests fail :-(
In actuality, this is mostly due to traces not working
(which causes autoheader to break as it doesn't see
AC_CONFIG_HEADERS, and that in turn breaks most of the tests).

Attached are three testsuite.logs (for tests 1-50, 51-100
and 101-156); all are bzipped to conserve space (10k <> 70k).
