autoconf 2.53 test failures on Solaris 8 with dtksh

Even with the dtksh-related patch I just proposed, there are still
test failures with autoconf 2.53 if I run
"CONFIG_SHELL=/usr/dt/bin/dtksh dtksh ./testsuite":

The other tests are OK up through acprograms.

I have run out of time right now (the tests are still running, my gosh
dtksh is slow) so I'll email this now and see whether it's a known problem.
If not, I can rerun the tests with whatever flags you like.
