bug: autoconf-2.53 Emacs lisp file compilation errors

    Here is compile results under Emacs 20.4, SunOS
    SunOS newton 5.6 Generic_105181-31 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-4

    Seems like the .el files have a leak...
