Errors/Warning when run configure under cygwin.

Hello,

While running configure for the Mac OS X environment, the following 
message appeared:

checking netinet/ip.h usability... no
checking netinet/ip.h presence... yes
configure: WARNING: netinet/ip.h: present but cannot be compiled
