Note: try to a) use a subject on mails, b) include full output
instead or redacting the bits you think are not relevant, and
c) mention what package you were trying to configure, and, if you
know, what version of autoconf is being used.

This means your system is missing a needed package (probably
gtkgl-devel-2.0.i386.rpm or something similar for a RedHat-like

This suggests that some macro is not setting CFLAGS and/or CPPFLAGS
properly (to provide -I options to specify header locations).
