X11/extensions/scrnsaver.h

Hello.  I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this,
but Ayttm, which uses autoconf, tries to ascertain if it can include
<X11/extensions/scrnsaver.h>.  The test program generated by autoconf
only includes this header alone, and none of the base X11 headers.
As a result, this test fails on NetBSD as none of the fundamental
X types (Bool, Window) are defined.  I think it should include
<X11/Xlib.h> at a minimum.
